Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah (The Voice of God), Founder and Leader of Philadelphia Movement has halted church services in all branches of Philadelphia Movement in the Greater Accra Region due to the ongoing annual Homowo festival.
As the Bible says, give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and so Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah (The Voice of God) has announced that all Philadelphia Movement Centers in the Greater Accra should put a hold on church services owing to the ban on noise making effective May 6, 2024. He proceeded by saying, “we cannot worship Adom Nyame without singing and playing of instruments; praising Adom Nyame comes with noise making wheras the festival of the Ga land prohibits noise making”.
Meanwhile, Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah (The Voice of God) has directed all Executives of Philadelphia Movement in the Greater Accra Region and its environs to halt any church gatherings in reverence to the owners of the land from Monday, 6th May 2024 to Thursday, 6th June 2024.
According to Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah (The Voice of God), the Movement Centers will be opened for normal activities to persist, but there will not be gatherings until the Homowo festival ends. He brought the church service to an end on Friday, the 3rd of May, 2024. He used his platform to advise all Philadelphia Royals especially in Greater Accra Region to refrain from any deviant activities.
He concluded the service by praying fervently for all Philadelphia Royals across the globe for the Angel of Philadelphia to shield us with his guidance and protection.
